Monday Training Camp

Team Oregon had a good session with technique and drilling this morning. Then went outside for some fun Camp Olympics and Frisbee football. Team China which has 5 of our OWCE wrestlers took the title!  Fun was followed up by an hour of "Insanity" workout...something very few of us reading this blog probably could have completed! While the rest of the camp continued on with some training OWCE wrestlers headed out to "Campus Life" for some team bonding.  They return this afternoon for more drilling technique and Tonight will be Olympic team matches. I will try to get some action pics tonight. Below are pics from frisbee football.
